Pricing FAQ
What is a credit?
Credits are the unit of usage in Kempian. Each AI action consumes a defined number of credits. A full pipeline run (sourcing → matching → shortlist) costs 10 credits. Semantic matching is bundled and costs 0. You can see your credit balance and transaction history in the Billing dashboard.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Additional credits are charged at your plan's overage rate, from $0.60/credit on Enterprise to $1.20/credit on PAYG. You are never cut off mid-pipeline; the platform alerts you when your balance is low. You can top up at any time from Billing.
How many pipeline runs do I get per month?
Starter: 5 runs (50 credits ÷ 10). Growth: 30 runs (300 ÷ 10). Scale: 100 runs (1,000 ÷ 10). Enterprise: 500 included + unlimited overage at $0.60/credit = $6 per additional run. PAYG: $12 per run on demand.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. They do not roll over. If you consistently use less than your allocation, consider a lower plan or the PAYG option. Purchased top-up credits do not expire.
What is Agent Builder?
Agent Builder lets Growth, Scale, and Enterprise customers configure the AI digital workers. Set which sources Aria searches, Nova's outreach sequences, and Cal's scheduling preferences. Starter uses default pipeline configurations.
Is job seeker access free?
Yes. Job seekers create profiles and access AI-matched roles on Talent Hub for free, always. Only recruiter and employer accounts are on paid plans.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. PAYG to any plan is instant.
